Recent Improvements
Our real-time computerized ticketing system has benefitted RSI in several ways including (1) real-time access to order status information, (2) integration of production information with the inventory system, (3) instant tracking of production
information for individual units, and (4) an easy-to-read, scannable ticket that has increased shipping and inventory-management efficiencies.
Recent improvements have included the following capital improvement projects:
- Addition of a state-of-the-art production facility specializing in meeting the needs of the export market;
- Addition of a third Littell sheeting line with electronic feed;
- Littell shear line drive and computer control upgrades by Vulcan Engineering, LLC;
- Data center upgrades including redundant automated off-site backups;
- Addition of diverse Coil Slitting lines that provide precision coil slitting services; and
- Single Sheet Slitter added to provide RSI's customers with an even more diverse product line.
To meet the demands of today's precision metal decorating and sheet slitting equipment, RSI utilizes state-of-the-art sheeting equipment supplied by Littell International, Inc.
Reynolds Services' wholly-owned subsidiary, Coil Slitting International, specializes in offering precision coil slitting services.
RSI has partnered with both independent lithographers and fully integrated can companies to actively purchase excess coating and litho production time.
